is there anything you can do for weak ankles? they hurt like hell.. even when i walk sometimes it hurts badly..

either don't walk or get some shoes that have good soles. or get some of those gel things to put in your shoes. your ankles could hurt because you are flat-footed. (that is what i am
 )
