Collapsable Modules..., cant move it!

i got the code here

my xanga is here

i would like the collapsable mods to be in the purple box on the left... does anyone know how to do this or if it is even possible?

where would i put that code? in my custom header or in my java module?

and is there a way to make it (chatterbox) show while still having the left modules gone?
