flirt, but not too much, they might think ur a slut. talk more with them, but not excessively, cause they might think ur just weird.. chill with them, but not every second of ur life, cause thats just messed up. there's no real way to get someone to like u. love is love. u can't make it happen because u want it to. u can help it along, but it's all natural, like what cocoalightning said.
