Well, I like this guy in my school. His a good friend of mine. We went out and lasted for about a week because he liked his ex girlfriend again. Now he told me he likes me again, but then the liking keeps going on and off. Meaning, he likes me, next second, he doesn't, then he does again. I really want to be with him, but I'm kinda getting tired waiting. What do I do?

I think you should totally move on. A guy like that who just keeps going back and forth on a relationship should not be in the "game". You need someone who likes you for a good time or who loves you forever. Don't worry, there will always be someone else. Just try and see agian.
