my bf cant keep his hands off me! and its getting pretty annoying. he always wants to hold my hands, want to kiss me and touch my face every f*ckin second. he follows me all the time and calls me and writes notes to me all the time! i know he loves me alot. i tell him to back off a little but he wont listen. i love him too but isnt it a little too much?

well if you really loves you, then he would respect what you want. but yeah, it doesn't sound like he's doing anything too bad. eh, just keep telling him that it annoys you.
