i tried saving my pictures as jpeg but the quality is bad.. does anyone know how to make it bettER?

I stand corrected, but I believe you can choose the quality of the image when you save as a .JPG on Paint Shop Pro. If anything like that pops up when you save, ALWAYS type in the highest number possible for image quality.
If not...download Adobe Photoshop. |
