How can I lose weight and become skinny?
There are many answers to this question. 1.Stop eating 2.Run around a bit then sittin on your booty infront of the computer 3.Drop the McDonalds and pick up a apple 4.Weight Lifting..Its a new thing, try it How can I gain weight? 1. Just eat...its not that hard.. 2. Maybe you can go on Steriods. Im sure thats a way to gain weight I got a little flab on my belly..How do I get rid of it? Get a job, save up about $100,000 and get liposuction Im thinking about going on a diet...any tips? umm no, you on your own buddy Im 5'3 and I weigh 106 pounds. Is that normal? Just be thankful that your not 384 pounds. Now shut up, your making most of us feel bad about ourselves People think im anorexic but Im really not. What do I do? Go to the people and smack them upside their head. Either that or just eat more..There is a reason why people may think your anorexic.. I need a bubble butt...What do I do to get it? No you need Jesus and a couple rounds of squats. Either that or get a band, wrap it below your booty cheek, and it should plump up.. ------- get it? Hey, thanks a LOT for making this topic. Sick of seeing: "How do I loose weight?" "Am I fat?" "Omg! Do I weigh too much for my height?!?!"
Just to add - a well balanced work out 30 min a day, 3-5 days a week helps tone down. It takes awhile, but in time, works. (Eh? That's what my teacher says, I'm attempting to listen to him). Personally, I overwork myself. Lately I have been doing every other day: 20 push ups, 40 sit ups, 40 crunches, 100 Jumping Jacks, 50 punchs to the left, 50 puches to the right, 1 minute of high knees, 1 minute of butt kicks, 1 minute of jogging in place, 1 minute of ski jumps (right and left), 1 minute of jumpin back and forth , and, of course, streching. But as I said, I over work myself. If you do 10-20 of each you'll be good. ![]() That's all I got to say.... |
