How do I go about uploading Music videos? Oh and does anyone know where I can get a program to convert VOB to MPEG or AVI?

music video files are huge. on average, 30 to 40 MBs in size. you can use a converter program like the one mystical suggested. i like mediasoft joiner-converter. you can reduce them down to about 10 to 12 MB in size without sacrificing too much video or audio quality. the trial version i think gives you unlimited usage so long as the video does not surpass 5 mins. in length for which most music videos don't anyways.
