Is it illegal to unlock cell phones? If it's not, how can we and if so, whats the concequences?
+ i have cingular, i dont know if they allow it?! |

Like I said, it's illegal, and cB doesn't exactly support illegal actions...
But go to your local Chinese mall. You're bound to find something there =] It'll cost you around $20, more or less. But, like I said, we don't support illegal actions
