Well..I play tennis, so we have to run a lot. I always have straining on my....groin! We have to do this thing where we stretch our leg as far out as we can and drag the other leg. We do it really fast too. It really really works on your bum. ^^

But yeah, running, and sprints, and suicides. They work really good.
