how would i position a marquee using div? Options

i'm trying to position this code (by xquizit)

i know you're supposed to use div to do that, but how would i insert the code into a div code?

here's how i'm trying to do it.

but when i put that into my xanga (header), the blog position gets screwed up because i'm using div to position the blog as well.

anyone have any solutions?
i would really really appreciate it if someone would help me. i've been trying to figure it out for a while now.

if it helps any, here's my xanga that i'm trying to fix.
(you see where it says "spin it dj"? well, i'm trying to put the name of the song that's playing there)
