I am currently with my first boyfriend of 4 months almost and my paretns still don't know. I'm afraid they wouldn't accept him because he is 3 years older than I am and that he is of a different race. My dad is very racist and my Mom will probably get very mad for not telling her. They are BOTH getting suspicious.
I really like this guy and I don't want to loose him. How can I tell my folks about him? |

i'm in almost the same situation- my boyfriend is the same race but is 1 year older. but my parents have met him, and suspect something is going on, and i don't feel like telling them anyways.
but, i think you should tell them who he is and how much he means to you, and state some of his good qualities and have him meet your parents. good luck. |
