MTV's one hour of music and 23 hours of reality television.
I don't even have cable either... but somehow I get a few cable channels. Much Music's ok. My uncle has canadian sattelite somehow. It's the only thing I can really watch at his place. Everything else's in French o_O Fuse and MTV2 all the way.
