macromedia flash player..., putting a flash player on ur xanga... Options

this is my first post... and i'm in school right now (on my laptop)... so i didn't have time to read the rules... and i am sorry if this is illegal in anyway...

but... i was wondering... how do you put a flash player on your xanga site or your personal website?

do you need a special program? like Flash MX 2004 or Flash MX Professional 2004?

i am pretty sure they are used to make the flash... but is the program a requirement to put a flash on your site or is there an alternative way? (b/c i don't have the real program... ... just the trial version)

if possible, can someone tell me a way to do it both ways? (if both ways are possible...)

I always wonder how you copy+paste on a flash? like i right clicked on a flash --- it says like those options button where it says play, stop, pause, etc. I have seen many people posted a flash image in myspace and xanga... but how did they ever did that? if no one answers me, i guess i have to post a topic.

You can't copy/paste a flash. It isn't like a jpg or gif, etc. You must actually find the URL of the flash file, and then plug it into the html script that plays the flash. Then put the html into your xanga, and there ya go.
