I just bought a pilates tape and I was wondering if anyone here has done pilates and seen results. How long did it take you to notice a difference?

rofl.
the cross country and track teams at my school do pilates. last year there was a canadian teacher and he instructed the pilates. after the first day your abs ache so much, then it aint that bad but its still tough.
