what exactly is blue balls? because my friend said i would give it to him if i kept doing what i was doing. but i have no clue what it was, i heard that it hurt alot though

from what i know, its when a guy hasn't ejaculated in awhile so yeah its kind of pent-up sexual frustration in a way and they don't turn blue (
 ) but it hurts to ejaculate or get hard again or something...i don't know exactly but thats what i've heard.
