i enjoy making layouts etc but i always wonder how or where people get those pretty swirly designs haha and how they make their fonts glow.
 oh how sad...can anyone tell me? thanks and i would appreciate it<3 |

actually if you have photohsop, you can go to the blending options, and add an outerglow or a drop shadow with zero distance.
