how do you make banners on paintshop pro or adobe photoshop?
i've tried to make it transparent and stuff...it just doesn't work...  can someone please help me...like give me some tips?

no one can really tell u how to make a banner, or to my opinion, your best choice is to go look online for tutorials
heres a good photoshop one that i use a lot or go to http://good-tutorials.com/ no one uses paint shop pro mostly, they use photoshop basically, i had paint shop pro but i didnt like it or didnt feel like understanding it. |
