How do i make this effect that i see everywhere?I saw this off of someone on createblog.com. Sorry, i didnt mean to offend you by cutting that part from your picture i was just curious how people do that and i couldnt find an example
 Can someone please help? Also can anyone tell me how to make a blinkie besides the tutorial in the tutorial section? |

well, you can find blinkie tutorials by searching on google, or you can go to good-tutorials
you can also download and use the swirlies as brushes if you have adobe photohsop or jasc paint shop pro. |
