Well, for the next three days, a lot of Christians fast because of the fact that its the Christian holiday of Fast Water.
Do you fast (if your a christian)? |

My supervisor is fasting for the same reason.
Anyway, my Muslim friend fasted about... a month or two ago and I did it a couple of days with her but I could not keep it up. Must have food and water ON TIME. |

For example, she eats wheat or whole wheat bread instead of white bread. People told her that while white bread goes right through your system, wheat stays a little longer so you'll be full a little longer. I'm not sure if that's true, but she says it works well for her. As for your friends eyeing you. That's why I keep away from my supervisor when I have lunch at work... |
