div layers?, how do i? @___@;; Options

I want to use div layers on my site because my layout looks like this. That box, with rounded corners, how do I put a div layer in there so I can put my own text and content in there? Do I even use a div layer for that?

yes, you use a div layer for that =) i love the layout by the way! the oval-ish image is really different but good =) i use tables inside a div to get my "custom" modules.
