here's something that everyone loves: controversy. in your opinion, what is member bashing? when does one cross the line between expressing an opinion and bashing a member? or do you believe that any verbal expression should be allowed in the forums? just thinking, wondering.
edit: also, i'd like you to be honest: do you enjoy cb drama? do you believe that without drama, cb would be uninteresting? do you think that free posting and conflict makes it a better place? |

I dont think you can ever find a concrete definition because even the most 'concrete' definition of something like "bashing" is really open to interpretation.
like: no name calling Someone could call someone bitch, and mean it, or call them bitch and not mean it -- i.e. 'you are such a bitch', vs 'i'll see you later, bitch' but who is to know that the 2nd one isn't an insult? It's all within the eye of the beholder. I think that we should say f**k the non bashing. People who don't want to allow bashing are p**sies who know that they're so stupid that they'd immediately get shit rained down upon them from the bash gods residing in the dank heavens of the internet. |
