Do we stop growing once we hit puberty? My friend told me that since I have my period now, that I will no longer grow. Is this true?

No you don't stop growing when you get your period. If that had happened I would barely be 5'0.
 . People usually stop growing when they get in their late teens. I know of peopole in high school who were 5'3 freshmen year and by senior year they were 6'1. That happened to my boyfriend, major growth spurt huh? So don't worry, you will still grow.
