I was doing one of my girlfriend's hair and when i was brushing her hair, i saw this bump on her head. it looks like a pimple, but im not sure. i asked her about it and she said she gets some alot. what does this mean? do you gals get them too?

i've gotten em once or twice. if you pop em they either bleed or gush oil
 hehe i know it's gross but they were so itchy... but it's normal so dont worry about your friend.
