let me get this..you just got your period? what do you mean what comes next? ....well, you might have cramps, so don't drink anything cold. Hmm...if you get cramps I take midol. Remember to always check your pad! If you're using a pad...with a tampon, not sure, since I don't use one..uh...yeah that's pretty much it..btw, Welcome to CB!
