Okay just wondering how many of you girls have had an eating disorder in the past. I know it's growing. If you have, What kind was it? How long did it last? I haven't had one before. But I know a lot of friends have had one.

I have my insecuritys of myself, but I've never gotten to the point of having an eating disorder. It's worse to starve yourself then eating because when you starve yourself, your body panics and starts to eat up the things that should have become poop. Or something like that
 Just saying, its better to eat 5 light meals a day and work out, so that the eating part helps boost your metabolism, and the exercise part helps burn the calories you've digested. I, myself am overweight, but I'm lighter than I used to be because of the diet I've been following for like the past month. I lost about 5 - 8 lbs. I think. I'm just saying, its the healthier and better way to lose weight. 8 people who followed this "ana and mia cult" on xanga died because they were underweight. It's crazy man.
