To fall asleep?
Sometimes I find it hard to go to bed at night, so I either read, write, or listen to music before doing so. A friend of mine told me that sometimes she talks to herself to sleep..  But hey, I guess everyone's got their habits.  So what about you? |

I usually watch tv or listen to music. If that doesn't work, I get really frustrated so I just get up and walk around.
