To fall asleep?
Sometimes I find it hard to go to bed at night, so I either read, write, or listen to music before doing so. A friend of mine told me that sometimes she talks to herself to sleep..  But hey, I guess everyone's got their habits.  So what about you? |

think about boring stuff. Go over what imma do the next day, read, study with my nite light, etc..lol sooner or later I fall asleep
