My Friend wanted me to make a drop down music list so I took mine and switched all the marilyn manson songs to rap for her... I didn't do anything except change the songs but now it doesn't work........ How annoying can someone fix it?

maybe your file URLs are bad. i know that the site where u got a lot of those files (.asf files) recently changed all of their songs to another server (although i'm still using some from the old server on my site), so maybe that might be why yours aren't workin. invalid files can cause the player to act like it's playin' the song, but it's not...i.e. u don't hear anything. check your files to make sure that they're all valid...other than that, just get the code from your site (since yours works) and compare the two codes, maybe u left somethin' out. even missing a " or ; can cause the whole code to go screwy.
