i suggest BLOGGER
thats what im using its MUCH EASIER to code and USE layouts 'cuz the LAYOUT is just one section wheares in XANGA there are so many different sections lol im confused i think its HARDER to code for awesome blogger and NON blogger skins go to blogskins it has millions of skins mostly blogger HOWEVER the standard of skins there is deteriorating  in my opinion have fun(:
