this has just been gnawing on my mind for a couple days.
a few days ago, i passed by a couple of people talking about how much they LOVED green day... however, when i asked if they knew about green day before their American Idiot song, they all said no. Most didnt even know that they had been around for many years before... so, as a question to all Green Day fans, especially those who LOVE green day, how many of u knew/cared for the band 5 years ago? how many actually listened to dookie? not meant as an insult to anyone |

Well does it really matter? ....
 Well I kinda felt the same when people started to like Shinhwa when they just started to like them a month and they said they were their biggest idol. I heard that in the past albums of Green Day, their albums wasn't that really good? Like they were bit too harsh? But my sister still loves them because of their new album and Billy Joe Armstrong sings very good and he's very nice???? I guess some people say I love Green day when they don't really mean it cause they just want some attention from the Green day fans? I don't know, but that's just my opinion
