retarded as an adjective.
ex. gosh, my computer is so slow and retarded. it really makes me mad cause my cousin is retarded, and it isnt funny. my friend's little brother died when he was only 4 because he was retarded.

I agree, I also have a cousin who is retarded and I have gay friends. I think I say that in passing by mistake because of all the influence of people around me, I'll try to cut out that habit.
