How do i put "TWO" scrollboxes on my site? Options

Okay, i'm unsure if this topic has been already answered, i already looked through 50 pages, but couldn't find a similar topic. Anyways...

I'm making my first xanga skin, very hard to do, and i have one scrollbox already sized and in the place i want it to go, although, how do i add another scrollbox that doesn't go in the "already there" scrollbox? That's what its been giving me.

I would like the other scrollbox to be on the right side and the height to be tall, and my first scrollbox is on the left and its shorten in height. (EX: ---- | ) The (---) is my "already made" and the (|) is my one i'm trying to create |

Please help me out, the outcomes for helping me:

those are called div boxes

when you say scrollbar, do you mean divs? well if you do, than just position it using real numbers.
