retarded as an adjective.
ex. gosh, my computer is so slow and retarded. it really makes me mad cause my cousin is retarded, and it isnt funny. my friend's little brother died when he was only 4 because he was retarded.

it doesn't bother me much about the "retarded" and "gay" thing. because i think it has other meanings. but i don't like it when they say it as an insult. "suicided himself" is stupid. lol.
