Nail Biting, Any Tips? |

I have a really really bad habit. I bite my nails. Its such a nasty habit too. Do any of you ladies have tips on how to quit?

I hear that there's a sort of nail polish that you can buy that has a foul taste to try to prevent you from biting your nails.

Actually it's not really "nail polish", because it doesn't leave your nails shiny. I'm not sure. My cousin bought it before, he bought Sally Hansen Nail-Biter treatment or something. You put it on your nails like nail polish, it dries, and leaves a bitter taste on your fingers. |
