all of you sports players must have some. so lets share and wallow in our sports-injury-miseries together..and share any ways to help sports injuries. (don't say rest)
![]() i play badminton and volleyball for school and over the years, i've gotten tennis elbow, jammed fingers, a pulled tendon on the back of my knee, shin splints, possibly tedinitis(sp?) in my shoulder and a messed up back. usually, i either just ice my injuries or go to a physical therapist..but lately, it's not really working. so what are your methods of getting over your sports injuries? |

I played volleyball forever, so I've had anything and everything related injuries...sprained ankle and fingers, knee injuries (meniscus and ligament), and shoulder injuries (bursitis and tendinitis), back injuries...
Best way to recover is rest ![]() I tried using those ankle braces before, but I think they tend to weaken your ankle even more... Coach told me once that it's because the ankle is depending on the brace for support, which eliminates the need to strengthen it on its own... |
