ex. gosh, my computer is so slow and retarded. it really makes me mad cause my cousin is retarded, and it isnt funny. my friend's little brother died when he was only 4 because he was retarded.

I hope you do realize that there are more than one meaning to the word retarded. It also means "to be delayed." So it technically makes sense.
