retarded as an adjective.
ex. gosh, my computer is so slow and retarded. it really makes me mad cause my cousin is retarded, and it isnt funny. my friend's little brother died when he was only 4 because he was retarded.

How about just not using it right? There are hundreds of other words that one can use that is less offensive. -__- Maybe not hundreds...but still, more than one! |
