this has just been gnawing on my mind for a couple days.
a few days ago, i passed by a couple of people talking about how much they LOVED green day... however, when i asked if they knew about green day before their American Idiot song, they all said no. Most didnt even know that they had been around for many years before... so, as a question to all Green Day fans, especially those who LOVE green day, how many of u knew/cared for the band 5 years ago? how many actually listened to dookie? not meant as an insult to anyone |

Yeh. I know.. it pisses me off.
I liked them a long time before I even knew of American Idiot the CD. In fact, my favorite song of theirs is an old one.. "Longview" I love their old stuff, and I truly am a fan. |
