i'll post the sample rubric here. helpfulness: /10 congeniality: /10 creativity: /10 open-mindedness: /10 dedication: /10 maturity: /10 respect for rules and guidelines: /10 TOTAL: /70 yeah.. i thought those were all pretty important. i think it's also useful for deciding who, exactly, is "exceptionally qualified." |
