Gosh... I just had abig fight with my parents saying that they wont let me wear flip flops to school (its allowed in the dress code). They said it makes me look like i live in a trailer. They also said that it does matter what people think about how you dress and stuff. AHH! What do you guys think? Or what should I do?

Personally, I think they are uncomfortable... but if you want to wear them, you should talk with your parents in a mature matter, and maybe they'll see things your way.
