custom modules problem Options

what do i put to remove all my modules but not my subscriptions module?...

cuz i wanna use the custom module code where it takes out all the regular modules and inserts ur own module... but it takes forever to add in the subcscriptions so how do i remove everything else but the subscriptions module?
