I need help coding the blog space on my layout I did. Its my first time doing this so I'm kinda lost...can anyone please help me?!?!?!

I did do that and my page just goes all the way to the top. I dunno, maybe I am putting it in the wrong spot in my scripting? You're being a great help and I really appreciate it. I just still can't get it
