You feel cramped and frustrated but.. no one's really doing anything to you that makes you feel this way.

Well it happens to me when I'm alone like ALONE as in my family goes on vacation and I'm home alone. I feel that way. I guess it just happens once I get myself a depression? That's always the start of it. Or maybe not. Or maybe there's something in your life that you have not yet accomplished? Or your mind is probably tricking you? Or maybe you're just hungry? It could be one of these or maybe there's more to this haha.
