So yea, i lyke this boy whos a grade younger then me...but I have NO clue if he lykes me...sometimes he walks past me and looks me up and down...(we have this thing where we do that LOL dont ask)...but Im not sure what to do to see if he lykes me to????

Lucky bastard. I assume you're in middle school or high school. Go for it. Ask him something like 'do you like anybody?' or 'you gonna ask anybody out?' and work asking him if he likes you into it somewhere.
