Okay just wondering how many of you girls have had an eating disorder in the past. I know it's growing. If you have, What kind was it? How long did it last? I haven't had one before. But I know a lot of friends have had one.

I chose I have been thinking about it. I've been really insecure lately about my body (I try to hide it as much as possible) lately.. And I've been eating alot lately, and I feel as if I'm the most obese person in the world... :T Yea I know, it's a stretch.. But I just feel so insecure with myself.. I think alot of people, if not all, go through this phase, one way or another. I'm trying to diet in a healthy way by eating more healthier and being more fit, but I feel as if it's not going to help.. I want maximum results in a minimal time.
But I don't have an eating disorder right now.. But I'm considering about eating less and less whenever I can.. but not skipping means. As long as I eat whenever I'm hungry, and just enough to keep me going. Thanks Nick, for the advice and yea ;] |
