Can anyone teach me how to do the this!? its when like theres a font or object etc and it looks like theres paint dripping from it..thanks! :)

Im somewhat confused on your way..does anyone have another way? thanks though..how do you get your font like that swe3txprincesz with the outline of the font? thanks. :)
