At our school we are separated by boys and girls in the courtyard in the mornings and by tables at lunch. This gives us no time to converse with our guy friends. The separation for lunch has gone on for years. But the 30 minutes in the courtyard that we get has just recently happened [january 5th] and protests have started, parents are screaming, mosh pits and riots have also began.
I was wondering if you agree with this. AND. how to properly protest, without getting suspended like other students have. Our school was put on the news and internet. click |

WTF?!? does ur school realize it's 2005?!? i think ur principal is stuck in some time warp where up is down and wrong is right...in my school girls and guys can socialize however much they want...there's people always hugging and some people even make out in the hallways and the teachers don't say a thing...a school's job is not to seperate people...it's to get you prepared for the "real" world...ur gonna have to minglel in the "real" world, so why the hell are they holding you back? i think u should try to protest and get suspended...if everyone does that they'll haev no one to teach or to seperate...lol...that would be funny...u should also get ur local media involved...they can do a lot...well, i really don't have too many suggestions...but u should fight for your rights!
