Hey, in high school when you take a shower in gym, what about when you are on your period? And blood comes umm.. out. Do you wear a pad or tampon, well you dont shower at home with tampons in... can someone explain this process to me, the sowering, not the period stuff. thanks

i swim, so we just jump in the showers with our suits on. forget your period, WE'RE ALL GIRLS WILL THE SAME PROBLEMS
