Do you believe that people often living in poor areas are mostly likely to commit a crime all the time? In history class, my teacher said no and i totally agree. Crimes can happen anywhere in the US. it dosent always have to be a poor area like the ghetto and stuff..it dosent matter..what do you guys think? I think of this really confusing too

No I dont believe that.... anyone can steal... even the insanely rich people they just dont have what it takes to do theft's and such.... most of them anyway.
I live in a an area where there areas arounda re remotely poor and there is barely any burglaries or theft's going on, and I live in Los Angeles California. The state and city with the highest crime rate is Washington second being New York... statsically anyway |
